I work alone and can photograph smaller weddings and events where one photographer is sufficient.

PRICING GUIDE

If you’re curious about how this all works and what to expect, here are the basic steps of booking a wedding session with me:

  • After your inquiry, I will send you a booking proposal where you can choose your collection as well as choose and reserve your date.
  • To officially reserve your date, you will have to pay a retainer reservation fee. Your time slot will be officially reserved after receiving your payment.
  • You will be asked to sign a standard wedding contract which includes all the details of the wedding (names, addresses, dates). This is foremost to avoid misunderstandings and make sure we are on the same page.
  • Any special wishes or restrictions will be added to the contract at your request.
  • I will ask you to fill in a questionnaire to map out your wishes and expectations. This also helps me to get to know you a bit better.
  • Everything I send you (contract, invoices, questionnaire, information documents etc.) will be saved to your own private and personalized client portal. You'll be able to sign and answer everything online, no printing or physical posting necessary. You can access this portal and the documents at any time.
  • I will need a timeline for your day to know all the WHATS, the WHENS and the WHERES. I don't want to bother you on your special day, so the more you map out beforehand, the better it will be. We can talk about this in person, via Facetime or you can send me a document with your timeline and instructions.
  • On the day of your wedding, I will show up on the agreed location at the agreed time and shoot away.
  • Whenever needed I will guide and instruct you, but mostly I will just be documenting your day as unnoticed and natural as possible.
  • Within 4 weeks after your big day, you will receive a link to an online slideshow with the best images from your day. This slideshow can be shared with whoever you want. See a sample slideshow here.
  • You will also receive a link to a private online gallery with your images. See a sample gallery here.
  • You have about two weeks to decide and pick your favorite images that will be used in your album.
  • If you wish, you can reserve a free of charge in-person ordering session to order products. I have a wide range of sample products for you to see and feel.
  • Digital images will be delivered as a download, along with a personal use license (plz read this carefully). It's important that you understand that the copyright will remain with me. This is standard procedure for all photographers (as described within copyright law and "Auteursrecht").
